An action-packed new trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has been revealed by EA and Respawn. Dubbed ‘Cal’s mission’, it’s all about teeing up Cal Kestis’ motives for this planet-hopping adventure, as well as determining why the Galactic Empire will stop at absolutely nothing to stop him and every last remnant of the Jedi Order.

EA has been curiously mishandling Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order ever since its announcement. The trailers shown at the start really didn’t feel as if they were lining up with the very positive impressions coming from those who’d had a hands-on, but with each successive trailer we’re getting a better look at what’s in-store from Respawn’s Star Wars riff on the 3D Metroidvania.

This trailer in particular is a bit of a sizzler, splicing plenty of gameplay with top-notch scenes and a dose of alien adventure which is why we fell in love with Star Wars in the first place.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 15th. It’s entering a packed couple of weeks which includes Death Stranding, Doom Eternal, Shenmue 3, Pokemon, Planet Zoo, and Need For Speed: Heat, although I have to admit this is rising rapidly up my buy list.

There are no system requirements just yet, sadly, although we do expect to hear something within the next few weeks.
