How do you unlock Cyberpunk 2077’s Mantis Blades weapon? What do you need to do in order to obtain it and where can you find it?

The Mantis Blades weapon was first revealed all the way back in 2013, when Cyberpunk 2077 first emerged, becoming a rather iconic piece of the RPG’s arsenal.

Players taking to Night City’s streets the very moment the game launched likely noticed that you don’t have it equipped by default, so how do you unlock it?

Unlocking Cyberpunk 2077’s Mantis Blades weapon is done through the same process as obtaining any other cyberware – you just need to find a ripperdoc and fulfill its requirements.

In the case of the CP 2077 Mantis Blades weapon, you’ll need to have leveled your Street Cred up to 20 and have 15,350 eddies on you.

This likely means that you won’t be able to get the Mantis Blades right off the bat, so you’ll have to explore other options for a while.

Mantis Blades have a fast attack rate, can deal a significant amount of damage, and apply status effects like bleeding or burning, and that’s on top of looking badass.

Unless you’re completely averse to melee weapons, you’ll at least want to check them out at some point.
